Should you wish to join the society, please complete the Member Application. Registrations are issued on the basis of the calendar year. Registrations received up to September 30 will entitle the member to membership until the end of the current calendar year (2023). Registrations received on or after October 1 are for the next calendar year (2024) with regard to Food Quality and Preference (where applicable) but with immediate access to all other premium content and membership benefits.

Sensometrics 2024

The next Sensometrics conference will be held in Paris, June 3 - 6, 2024. The conference venue is the Pasteur Institut at the heart of Paris.

The conference will have sensometric tutorials, key note speakers, and oral/poster presentations.

The 2022 Sensometrics conference "A Virtual Reality" was held November 15-17, 2022. Visit the conference subpage for more details. Society members have (temporary) access to most of the meeting material/recordings via the members-only pages (after login).

Assistant/Associate Professor, Food Oral Processing at Penn State University

The Department of Food Science in the College of Agricultural Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for a full-time, 36-week, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the area of Food Oral Processing.
